All AM machines are custom-built according to the customer’s specific requirements. As a result, any return request will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To initiate a return, the customer must contact AM Manufacturing within 15 days of delivery. The return MUST be approved by AM Manufacturing. The equipment must be returned in its original crate and packaging, clean, and in the same condition as received. A cleaning fee may be applied if these conditions are not met.
