If you require your crusts to be flat or with a raised edge, AM will design a custom die to your specifications to suit your needs. With sizes ranging from 6 to 18 inches in diameter and shapes ranging from circular to rectangular, AM engineers will work with you to produce your perfect pizza crust. Depending on the size of the machine, anywhere from one to 25 crusts can be produced at a single press.
